Standard Inclusions & Information

  • Supply of up to 365 charged Mylaps MX transponders for hire, attachment clips and zip ties.
  • We supply our own finish line office (self contained transit van).
  • Backup system – we use/carry a full back up system. This includes running a dual system using two separate decoders and lapatops connected to their own seperate power source (UPS). Additional loops, printer, monitors, transponders and 2nd generator are carried.
  • Entry form templates (provides assistance to clubs in producing their entry forms).
  • Online Entry Option (on average 85-95% MX entries now received online).
  • Calendar of Events – add your event to our website calendar.
  • Live Timing in conjunction with CTAS or via Mylaps App, Race-Monitor App, with Booster kit for extended coverage and range.
  • Place your event information, ie competitor lists, maps to tracks on our website.
  • Sign in sheets – we able to add your clubs disclaimer (if sent in advance) and any other relevant information, (example competitors to pay).
  • Sponsor promotion – if advised in advance we can add class sponsors to sign in sheets, result sheets and Mylaps online results.
  • Promotion of your event (extensive email database).
  • We are to provide a printout of the race schedule which is updated during the day. Useful for officials to check the event is staying to time.
  • Race monitors – for competitors, commentators, public or officials.
  • Fast and accurate practice, qualifying and race results, and overall & series points print outs.
  • Additional copies of results for starter, commentator, teams or media.
  • Results uploaded during/at/or immediately following the event to
  • Result display board.
  • Full support and liason with your Race Secretary; provide a spreadsheet template for mail entries.
